2. Order Tracking
How can I track my order?
You can track your order in two ways:
- Via our Shop App: Track your order directly in our shop app for real-time updates.
- Through our third-party postal service's tracking page: Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your order on the postal service’s website.
3. Shipping & Delivery Information
- Shipping Locations: We currently ship only within the UK.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
- Delivery Times:
- Next Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 9 AM. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days.
- Expedited Delivery: 1-2 business days.

4. Returns & Exchanges
